Edi Rudo

Edi Rudo is a Frenco-American magician, mime, shadowgrapher, tap dancer and video creator. 

He began magic at the age of 5 and became in 2014, at 15, the youngest magician to win the French Close-up Championship (CFI). 

After learning magic and mime, he studied puppetry with the Philippe Genty Company and participated in many workshops in the Czech Republic, Germany and France where he learned wood carving, puppet making and directing puppetry and shadow shows.

Since graduating from L’Ecole internationale de mime corporel dramatique in Paris, Edi has been invited to perform and teach regularly magic and mime in France and Macau.

He ran workshops at the university of Macau and performed in various festivals (Mime-Macau Festival, Edinburgh International Magic Festival, Macau Fringe…)

Edi also works as a magic consultant and special effect designer for opera and theatre productions (Opéra de Reims, Canu Theatre (Macau), Jean-Luc  Bertrand…)

He’s also active on social media and creates content for many Youtube channels and Facebook pages including Daily Dose of Internet, Creapills, This Just

Happened, Jellysmack, Japan Footage Inc… His videos have generetated millions of views across the globe. 

For the past two years he’s been working on a magic show that combines magic, mime, shadows, puppetry and dance with director and author Néry, music by Nicolas Cloche and with the help from Arturo Bracchetti.
